Fast diet tips
I’m 15 and 5’2, 110lbs and an ice dancer. I have some fat in my stomache area, thights, and arms. I mostly want to just define my muscles more and lose some fat. So if you got any tips let me know!

Aside from exercising those mucles on a daily basis, try these tips:
1.) Drink plenty of water to flush you body AND to curb appetite
2.) Eat lots of “little” healthy snacks through out the day. This keeps an active metabolism.
3.) Try eating a nice size salad 20min. Before larger meals (like dinner). This is because it takes your brain 20 to recognize that the body is “full” so to prevent over eating give this a shot.
4.)Your metabolism is strongest in the morning and gets weaker through out the day…. So if you are tempted to eat a larger meal it’s better to do them in the morning.
