I’m average but these people are extra-extra-fitness-buffs (men & women) with their barely ‘no-fat’ bodies. We have 3 gyms and they use all of them. I went a few times: for example, I was doing a slow jog on the treadmill, then these two guys came on both sides and started sprinting next to me. It really is intimidating. I try ed to start a detox diet today for a week – all i was going to have was apples and drink water with lemon squeezed in it.
I gave in at dinner time and had a bowl of baked beans with whole grain bread (some kind of really good bread for woman) and some muesli with soy milk. – along with 10 km on my exercise bike machine.

Good pregnancy workout I can do at home?
I’m 5 months along, have a low risk pregnancy, and was cleared by my doctor to go ahead with exercise. I want to do something that I can do at home; I work full time and also don’t have enough money to pay a monthly bill for a gym (trying to save as much as I can for my baby!) Any women who worked out during their pregnancy, please give me some advice on what is the best type of exercise I can do during my pregnancy.

Work out plan for women
So I’m trying to get more healthy. I have eating problem and I want it to stop. I hate the feeling of being full. I want to find a work out plan that I can do at home on my own time. I already take 2 mile longs walks but i am going to start to walk 4-5 miles a day. I don’t run but i walk really fast. Like i said i really don’t eat so to help myself get on the right track I’ll eat a nutri-gran bar and take my women‘s one a day first thing in the morning, I’ve never eaten breakfast.

I’m 17, 5″7 and I weigh 335lbs(Not afraid to admit) I wanna lose 50lbs or more before the year is over with. I’m starting June 1st. So far it’s been about a week now, I’ve cut out all Junk Food. Okay, i’m black, 24 and been around with many girls. My current girlfriend so far is the best looking ( facial features + bodies). Kim kardashian has nothing on her seriously. The problem is that 2 month or so before we starting dating, she had surgery and was laying a hopistal bed so she gained some weight. Honestly, not like crazy, she’s till the average american girl, but some in her belly. She’s not obese by any mean, just a little chubby now. She’s till sexy and stuff but i’d like her to lose that belly weight because i’ve seenthe pics before her surgery and SHE WAS STUNNING.

Okay so- I know some of you are probably thinking “Uhh… it has 0 calories so that would be a no.” The thing is, I’ve heard several times that dyes and preservatives and all of those labaratory made chemicals that are in junk food get stored in fat cells and make them harder to shed. I ve been working out with my husband for the last 2 weeks. we are been doing crunchs and push ups together, and also we have been working out using the swiss ball. He does like 30 crunchs non stop and expects from me to do the same,the push ups he does countless and I stop at 5, I just can’t do much, Im not even flexible to do what normal girls do lol. My question is are girls and boys supposed to do the same workouts for abs?? boys need a huge six packs while girls need just flat abs.

I have a friend who detoxes every couple of months and she looks and feels great because of it. I eat a lot of processed foods and junk and would love to do something like just eat fruit and veg for a week, but I was hoping for some advice, because I’m worried it actually wouldn’t be safe to deprive myself of meat and sugar and things I’m used to – or am I just paranoid?

What is the best workout for women?
Who don’t want to look manly after wards? I’m 16 with a small chest and a very small stature. I’m 105 lbs and 4′ 11″. I’m not saying I’m fat I just want to have muscle and tone up without looking like a man after I get into the workout. (you know the reduced breast size and all that jazz). I thought about p90x and I would love to do it, I just want to know if there’s a better way to get the results I want? Any help would be great, thank you

Vegetarian healthy eating recipes
I have just decided to become Vegetarian and start extremlely heathly eating plan with no packet food and only things made from scratch, does anyone know of any low fat healthy eating receipes for vegetarians? as I am not finding this vegetarian thing easy and I have only been one for 24 hours!!!!!

So my BMI is 25.8
I dont want to just lose weight, but I want to lose body fat too.
So here’s my diet plan:
Breakfast: Tomatoes mixed with an egg and occasionally oatmeal
Snack: Orange or Apple
Lunch: Steamed Veggies with lean chicken or fish with 1 tbsp ish of rice or salad
