The Doctor Cohen Diet was created by Jean-Michel Cohen, a French medical nutritionist. Actually it comes in two versions, the fast diet that allows 900 calories a day and the comfort version that allows 1400 calories a day. With the rapid version you may lose 6.5 to 9 pounds (3 or 4 kilograms) every two weeks. With the comfort version you may lose 9 to 11 pounds (4 to 5 kilograms) per month.
